About Me.

My name is Christopher Bienvenu. I have a bachelor’s degree in general studies from LSU Shreveport, a master’s in library and information science from LSU, a graduate certificate in Archival Studies from LSU, and I am pursuing a master's in higher education administration. I worked for three years at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as a Library Specialist in Special Collection of Dupré Library, one year as a Processing Archivist at LSU Hill Memorial Library, and one year as a Programming Librarian for the Lafayette Public Library in Lafayette, LA. I am a member of the Louisiana Library Association and the American Library Association. In the LLA, I also hold a position on the membership committee.
